Welcome to M.Infisavo! Due to inventory status, your order will be processed within 2-3 business daysbefore shipment. If any item your order is no longer available, our team will offer a return or exchange via email. SHIPPING TIME

Your order will be shipped fromthe US orChina. The delivery timesvary in different regions of the world. Typically, delivery within the USaverages 7 to12 business days, while international delivery outside the US typicallyranges from 10 to 15 business days.Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays and/or special holiday schedules.

ECONOMY SHIPPING FEE

We offer free economy shipping on orders over $149 AUD to Australia and New Zealand, and on orders over $59 USD to the United States and other international destinations.

For orders below these thresholds, standard and express shipping options are available at rates based on your location. Please refer to the checkout page for exact shipping costs.

Please double-check with your consignee's information to avoid anyinconvenience caused by delivery delays and package loss. We will not be held responsible for failed delivery attempts resulting from customer negligence. Negligent behaviors include, but are not limited to, refusal of shipment confirmation and providing incorrect consignee information, such as order address, contact number, or consignee's name. If you have any changes to the consignee's information after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. 

OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS

We do not currently offer priority shipping, but we are working on a solution for a faster and smoother shipping method.

BLACK FRIDAY SHIPPING POLICY FOR CLEARANCE ITEMS

Please note that single clearance item purchases are not eligible for free shipping. However, when you purchase two or more clearance items in a single order, free shipping will be applied. Thank you for your understanding and happy shopping!
