I have another style from the same company and had to go a size up with that one. But this Large is a true large for a 34DDD/E chest. No gapping between buttons and the lines are just right. This sweater vest is stylish and of great quality. It's comfortable, light enough for summer and will still be a great look well into the fall. Great addition to my closet.
